All unionized and non-unionized but subject employers have a reprieve in the NLRA Rights poster requirement for posting. April 30, 2012 is the new deadline, pursuant to a holding by Judge Amy Berman Jackson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Judge Jackson is the presiding judge over the now consolidated cases before the court touching upon this matter.
The other requirements are still in place: the notice must measure 11×17″, must be posted where other employee notices are (including on the company intranet as applicable).
Remember, the failure to post may be deemed an unfair labor practice, so it makes sense to with this — as with all other — employee notice requirements imposed on employers.
